Do I need to know what I want before I join?

No — and in fact, the women who benefit most are often the ones who know something has to change but can't yet see it clearly. That's exactly what The Reset is designed to help you find. You don't need a plan. You need a process.

Is this only about career or work?

No. We may talk about work — because work is often where the patterns show up most clearly — but this is really about identity, self-trust, decision-making, boundaries, money, and life design. The Reset is for the whole woman, not just the one who shows up at her desk.

What if my life is objectively good? Is it okay to want more?

Yes. Completely. A life being objectively good doesn't mean it still fits. You are allowed to tell the truth about what's missing even when nothing is technically wrong. In fact, that tension — between a good life and an unlived one — is exactly the kind of thing we work through inside The Reset.

How much time does this require each week?

The Reset is designed for busy, high-functioning women. You'll need approximately 2–3 hours per week — for our group coaching calls, the module work, and any personal reflection. This is not a program that adds pressure to your plate. It's a program that helps you remove it.
